Most of us put up a REAL good fight in 1 of the 3 areas – Money, Muscle or Mindset.

Some of us are in great shape, but broke and a disaster.

Some of us have a bunch of money, but are out of shape and a disaster.

Some of us are mentally solid, but broke and out of shape.

We all vary a bit within being GREAT at these things.

We also vary at how much of a FIGHT we put into being good at them.

What I want to encourage you to do is take that SAME fight within you… the same fight you apply to ONE, or MAYBE two of those areas – and apply it to all three.

Give each of these areas the same energy, focus, and effort as you normally would just one or maybe two of them.

Then you’ll start to develop a well rounded lifestyle.
